Summer has officially started!


Now is the time to rest and breathe. To find a little patch of sunshine and sit in the sun for a while.

Today, we want to remind you to press pause.


Take care of yourself and find peace in His presence.


We’ve included a little print out on self-care simple tips and tricks as a reminder and makes a little book to fold up and pop in your bag. Self-care is not only for self, pass one on to a pal who needs to remember to take a break and re-centre.


Perhaps the best way to take care of yourself, is to stop trying to manage everything; running from meeting to meeting, fuelled by caffeine… take a moment and rest to your Father’s arms, for He will always take care of you, even when you can’t take care of yourself. What a wonderful promise that is.


HOW TO MAKE YOUR POCKET BOOK:

  1. Print Self-care page. (below)

  2. Fold horizontally in half.

  3. Fold vertically in half, and then in half again so that when you open up the page there are eight segments.

  4. Fold vertically in half and cut along the horizontal fold until the middle.

  5. Unfold and fold again to form a book shape.
